Good Metal Guitar Tones for $30?

Okay, I’m doing this one a bit differently. I’m making a video guide to embed in this post and below I’m going to link a few free plugins. There are a couple overdrive plugins, and a free amp sim/cab IR loader bundle. Once you get these downloaded and installed, hit play on the video. I’m also linking to the ML Sound Lab IR pack I use in the video. It’s around $30 and it’s killer. If you don’t have any IRs, this will definitely get you where you need to go for rock and metal. He also has several other awesome IR packs available. They’re all great and very well done. So, if you’ve got your pc, got your daw, got your interface, and you’re trying to figure out a good solution for heavy guitar tone, that’s not going to cost you a shit load more of your hard earned dollars, this post is for you.
